I use sophrology as a gentle and practical way to help you reconnect with yourself and find more balance in your daily life. It combines simple breathing, relaxation, gentle movement, and guided visualisation — easy techniques that anyone can learn and use.
People often come to me for sophrology when they are facing challenges such as:

- Sleep problems or fatigue
- Chronic pain or tension in the body
- Burnout or difficulty coping with pressure
