At Light Bubble, we are a dedicated and deeply involved team enabling us to help you to tackle emotional and mental health challenges.
We believe that mental health should be looked after like any other physical issue, and we all need, and deserve, to receive holistic care in order to live our lives to their fullest.

We have an educated understanding of different ethical backgrounds and -faiths and host an open door approach to everyone.
We work with private individuals, companies, employees, member of the police and public services, schools and many more
Our counselling sessions are made by appointment only.
We provide online (Zoom) and face to face sessions in our private room in Kingsland Community Church in Stanway, Colchester
We offer one to one sessions, couples, family and group therapy. Each session lasts 1 hour.
Our person-centred and integrative approach allows us to work with a variety of clients and challenges.
One to one session fee: £55
Couple session fee: £ 75
Family session fee: £ 100
We accept company and insurance funded counselling.
Limited concession available for those with low income. Please ask for more information.
We abide by the Covid-19 health and safety rules.
