 Who am I?

Claudia Loubassa is a counsellor and founder of light bubble counselling service based in Kingsland Community Centre, in Colchester, Essex.

Prior to becoming a Counsellor, Claudia experienced life turmoil and negativity. Counselling helped her to reflect on her thoughts, understand her feelings and find a way out to challenge her emotional state.

Sophrology, alongside counselling, helped Claudia to be more grounded, and build resilience in order to move forward.

Claudia knows how it feels to open up and be vulnerable having experienced the benefits of counselling first hand.

It is Claudia’s aim to help others to explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe and supported environment.

Working across many faiths, religions and ethnicities, Claudia offers an objective, judgement free and supportive environment for all.

What can Light Bubble offer you?

Claudia and her team offer a secure, non-judgemental environment where you can explore your issues, and bring the changes that accords to you.

Additionally, they also offer their service to adults, children, teenagers and can also provide group therapy.

Having experiences in trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and burnout, the team are well equipped to support you in your journey.  Claudia has also previously worked with people with learning difficulties or disabilities.

A note from Claudia

Personally, I attend counselling, when I feel the need. I have a regular supervision to reflect on the work I’ve done with my clients which enables me to seek advice, where needed, to provide the best for my clients.

As a Counsellor, I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the British Registration for Complementary Practice (BRCP).

It will be an honour for me to walk beside you in your journey towards the well-being you wish for yourself.

It will be my pleasure to witness your journey towards building a new beginning beyond your experiences.
